What is THC-P?
THC-P is an analog of THC and one of the many naturally-occurring cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Despite their similar structures, each THC analog possesses its own unique attributes and characteristics – in turn producing distinctly different effects in the brain and body once consumed. Unlike Delta-9 THC, THC-P is federally legal thanks to the passing of The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. This bill made hemp and all its derivatives completely legal on a federal level with only one exception: Delta-9 THC, which is limited to a maximum concentration of 0.3%.
