What is THCP?
THCP is one of the many naturally-occurring cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Despite their similar structures, each analog possesses its own unique attributes and characteristics – in turn producing distinctly different effects in the brain and body once consumed. THCP is federally legal thanks to the passing of The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. This bill made hemp and all its derivatives completely legal on a federal level with only one exception: Delta-9 THC, which is limited to a maximum concentration of 0.3%.
